Made-to-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a standard made-to-order jewelry order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. No administration fee applies.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the order's production status and applicable law.

This complimentary cancellation window does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Standard catalog made-to-order jewelry is not automatically excluded from applicable statutory cancellation rights solely because it is produced after ordering.
