Before we begin

Can I use my own stone?

Tell us about your stone, including its type, dimensions and any available documentation. We will review whether it is suitable for the proposed design. Acceptance and any handling arrangements must be confirmed before you send a stone.

How are price and timing agreed?

Both depend on the design, materials and scope. We discuss feasibility, specifications, a quote and expected timing with you before a commission is agreed. A requested date is not confirmed until we agree it with you.

What happens after I enquire?

We contact you at the email address provided to discuss your idea and next steps. An enquiry does not place an order or take payment.

What if I want to adapt an existing design?
