At Solara Oro, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Bespoke & Custom-Made Orders
All pieces in our Bespoke · Made to Order collection are individually crafted to your specifications. Please allow additional time for these orders:
- Total lead time (production + shipping): 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your piece enters the crafting stage, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details when it dispatches.
- Custom-made orders are final sale. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
- If you have a specific deadline — such as an anniversary, engagement, or special occasion — please contact us at solaraoro0913@gmail.com before placing your order so we can advise on availability and timing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free Worldwide Shipping on orders $70 USD and above.
- For orders under $70, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by region:
- United States & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
- Other Regions: 10–20 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays While we work with trusted carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or service disruptions beyond our control.
